No, you're not. We never list items that are broken or missing parts. Every item works just as it did brand new.

No. Lemons or broken items are sent back to the manufacturer.

Does the return policy apply for open box items?

You bet it does. If you're not completely satisfied with your open box item, send it back within 60 days. On us.

Do open box items come with a warranty?

Yes. Most open box items are still within their manufacturer warranty and are eligible for repair or replacement if found defective in workmanship.

Can I inspect the item before purchase?
