The 64Audio U18t has a few differences to the U12t - first being price. The U18t retails for $2999, as opposed to $1999 for the U12t. Second, the U18t is meant to be a reference-detail IEM and as such includes 18 drivers per side - pushing the limits on what is possible with a universal IEM. Lastly, the U18t does not include the Linear Impedance Design, but the U12t does.
